How Do I change my delivery address?
Please ensure the adders you entered in the shopping cart is correct, if you want to change the shipping address.  Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address. Contact Customer Service or email to info@gainexpress.com immediately!

Will I have to pay duty tax for my package?
Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation, Recipients may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry.

Customs and import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.

We have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

What should I do If my package is held in customs?
If you have an order held in customs then please contact us at info@gainexpress.com with your order number and tracking number as soon as possible.

What should I do If customs require further information?
We will do our best to assist you in customs clearance if they require more documents, e.g. invoices, proof. Please contact us if this happens. However, customers take the responsibility to check if there is any import restriction in your country beforehand since each country has its own unique import procedures, which are subject to change. If the package is destroyed by customs because of the restrictions, we will not be able to resend nor refund.

What will happen If I do not pay the import duty?
The packages may be returned or destroyed by customs. If packages returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, customers take full liability for postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees. These fees will be deductible from any refund due. If packages are destroyed by customs, no refund or resend arrangement will be made

Can I make special remark for customs clearance?
If you need us to make any remarks or arrangements for customs clearance purpose, e.g. indicating your VAT number on the invoice or other requests, please remark those requests when you order, or send email to info@gainexpress.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you.

Order Cancellation
We can cancel order immediately if we haven't shipped the package yet. If we have shipped the package and we cannot pull out the package from the delivery process, we can only refund your money once we have received the package back. Additional cost may be charged.

Who will deliver the parcel?
Deliveries will be shipped via DHL Express, Dpex, EMS, Aramex, Fedex or UPS depending on the weight and value. Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.

Delay in Delivery
There are different factors that can cause delay in delivery. Typhoon, industrial action, customs inspection, package backlog, etc. are samples of circumstances that out of our control. Incomplete or wrong address and the absence of the recipient can also delay the arrival of the package. To prevent this from happening, make sure that the address is correct before payment and you are available or someone can receive the package for you when package arrives your door.

Remote Area Charge
The shipping cost calculated in the order does not include remote area charge. You will be notified via email if we need to apply remote area charge for your order before we process the shipment.

P.O. Box
Express shipping methods requires signature when delivered and thus Physical Address must be used. We can ship to P.O. box address for orders which use Standard Airmail Method only.
